Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering engaging instructional content, supporting student learning, and contributing to curriculum development. The Instructor will work with diverse groups of learners, including adults and individuals with special needs, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement instructional materials and lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of various learners.
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote active learning and student engagement.
- Provide teacher coaching and professional development support to fellow educators.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate in curriculum development efforts to enhance educational offerings.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery and tracking student progress.
- Adapt teaching strategies for adult language education, visually impaired education, and special education needs.
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
Skills
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and practices.
- Experience in classroom management techniques that foster an inclusive environment.
- Knowledge of teacher coaching methodologies to support peer development.
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored for diverse learning populations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective course administration.
- Ability to teach adult language education effectively, adapting materials as necessary.
- Experience working with visually impaired students or special education programs is highly desirable.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse student groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.86 - $25.58 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
