Shane’s Stellar Junk Removal is one of Tucson’s fastest-growing junk removal companies, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Helper to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Load and remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and heavy items
Assist with garage cleanouts, rental cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and job site debris
Help keep truck and trailer clean and organized
Provide professional, friendly service to customers
Occasionally assist with dumpster/bin deliveries

This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be lifting, carrying, and working outdoors.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic (this is non-negotiable)
Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly
Reliable transportation
Punctual and dependable
Positive attitude with customers
Ability to work efficiently in Arizona heat
Construction or moving experience is a plus

Pay:

$16–$22 per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses available
Opportunity to grow as the company expands

Schedule:

Part-time (1–4 days per week to start)
Flexible scheduling
Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
