Part-time Packaging and Cellar Operator

Belleflower is seeking a new part-time production team member to assist primarily with packaging duties, but also including cellar work and warehousing. This position will be scheduled Monday - Wednesday 8:30am - 4:30pm for a total of 20-25 hours per week.

Duties:

• Operate canning and bottling machines
• Package finished beer into kegs
• Operate keg washer
• Assist with cellar duties, including tank CIPs, product transfers, and yeast management
• Warehousing packaging materials and finished product, including use of forklift (Belleflower will provide training)
• Loading and unloading pallets from tractor trailers
• Maintain production floor cleanliness
• Record quality control data

Desired Qualifications and Abilities:

• Previous experience operating a packaging operation
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 60lbs unassisted, frequently
• Ability to stand for prolonged amount of time
• Mechanically minded and great attention to detail
• Must be safety conscious and able to work efficiently in a busy, close quartered environment
• Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict safety protocols
• Demonstrated passion for craft beer
