Part Time Permanent Jewelry Sales Associate, Studio + Events

Requirements:

• Complete 6 paid hours of required in house training for the position.
• Must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, including 1-2 shifts per week and 2-4 weekend shifts per month. Shift lengths may vary based on studio and events needs
• Bonus: Possess at least 1 year of experience in retail, sales or hospitality.
• Passionate about jewelry, community, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Have an eye for style and stay informed about jewelry trends, especially in permanent jewelry (or eager to learn!).
• **A Must** - Ability to drive self and execute events + pop ups

Golden Bond Team Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales + Events:

• Ability to set and achieve goals, both self driven and with a team
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable experiences for all clients
• Develop a thorough understanding of Golden Bond Jewelry's products and techniques
• Educate customers on product options, pricing, and creating their custom sparkle
• Perform welding of custom 14k gold and silver bracelets, anklets, and necklaces on clients.
• Accurately use our Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions.
• Communicate any needs or concerns to the appropriate channels.
• Participate in in-studio and off-site events as assigned.

Other duties

These are including, but not limited too

• Team sales trainings + Quarterly styling workshops
• Virtual Team Meets & Goal Setting
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or sit for periods of time
• Proficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Studio Operations:

• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Ensure timely communication by answering phones, emails, and texts during shifts.
• Secure all products safely at the end of each shift.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities for the store.
• Perform other operational tasks as needed.

Welding:

• Initially responsible for conducting 2+ welding shifts per week, including a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month.

Experience Bonuses

• Experience in jewelry welding or jewelry retail services
• Familiarity with jewelry and fashion + strong sales experience

On average our jewelry stylists are making between $22-40 an hour
