We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology & optometry at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities & Veteran Homes across 20+ states and are looking to expand that footprint. We pride ourselves on giving each participant exceptional and empathetic healthcare services. CMC accomplishes that by providing state-of-art equipment, an assistant, and handling all scheduling & billing, which allows our associated provider's sole focus to be the patient!

Position Summary:

A compassionate and experienced Podiatrist (Part-Time) is needed to provide care to the elderly. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors, with an emphasis on comfort and respect.

The opportunity is best suited for a podiatrist looking to supplement their current schedule and income, while making a positive impact on those in need. All administrative responsibilities including equipment, supplies, billing, scheduling, and more are covered, as this is an independent contractor relationship where CMC provides the administrative services for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide podiatric care to elderly patients, addressing conditions such as diabetic foot care, bunions, calluses, ingrown toenails, and other common podiatry issues.
  • Perform thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct routine foot care services, including nail trimming, corn and callus removal, and preventative care.
  • Educate patients on proper foot care practices, footwear recommendations, and the prevention of foot-related complications.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for elderly patients, adapting to any physical or cognitive limitations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice podiatry.
  • Experience in geriatric podiatry care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with elderly patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

  • 1-4 Days per month
  • Weekday availability
  • 8 hour day, typically from 8:30AM-4:30PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day
