Part-Time RBT/ Behavior Therapist/ Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:
· Engage in Direct Instruction, utilizing errorless teaching techniques
· Provide direct consultation to teachers in Varying Exceptionality Classrooms
· Provide community-based instruction utilizing replacement behavior therapies as outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
· Provide hands on training to varied level staff, parents, and other community resources
· Engage in development of ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and VB MAPP assessment training
· Provide direct observation and ABC data for BSP development
· Graph recorded data and assist in analysis

Pre-requisites:

• Must commit to one year of continued employment
• Level 2 FBI background check required
• Must own your own vehicle (job requires transportation)
• 2 years PAID work experience with children with disabilities OR bachelors degree (Highly Preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician certification (Preferred)

Hours will increase based on skill acquisition rate and availability.

Cayer Behavioral Group is a community-based company (schools, homes, communities) providing ABA therapy in a 1:1 capacity with our clients.

Pay: $14.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
