What You’ll Do

• Own the Lens: Capture stunning photo and video content across brands, events, and locations. You’ll shoot everything from brand promos to cinematic property tours.
• Edit & Elevate: Use your editing chops to create professional, polished final products that wow clients and audiences alike.
• Cross-Collaborate: Work alongside our design, marketing, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
• Studio & Field: Turn locations like Rainbow’s End and Sanatoga Springs into your creative playground — film events, stage shoots, or host influencer-style content days.
• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas. Test new formats. Explore your style while aligning with client and brand goals.
• Grow With Us: As the business grows, so can you — whether that means leading a team, exploring documentary work, or expanding into commercial film.

You Might Be Perfect If You…

• Have a degree in photography, film, media arts, or the school of "I shoot all day and teach myself at night."
• Own your gear (or can make magic with whatever’s available).
• Are proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing tools.
• Can shoot both still and motion — ideally with a gimbal in one hand and a creative spark in the other.
• Love visual storytelling, exploring new places, and working in a fast-paced, idea-rich environment.
• Are obsessed with capturing the feeling of a moment — not just the image.
• Want to build something lasting, not just clock in.
