Parts Specialist

Village Motorsports of Holland, an exciting store in a fun and exciting industry, is looking to add the right person to its rapidly growing parts department. We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, team player to apply for Parts Specialist, for retail sales in the powersports industry.

Duties include but are not limited to.

• Assisting customers both on the phone, email, and person to person in a friendly, professional and positive manner
• Ordering parts for retail and personal orders
• Inventory management
• Showroom staging of accessories
• Receiving of parts
• Using a computer to look at vehicle schematics and figure out the right parts needed for the customer
• Labeling and pricing of new products
• The ability to work well with others, including members of other departments

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Must be able to walk, carry, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Job tasks involve extended periods of typing, reading, and using the computer as well as using the phone.

Experience:

• Parts counter sales experience a plus
• Customer service
• phone/computer skills
• Experience with Lightspeed a plus
• Knowledge of powersports machines and ability to look up parts

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
