Job Title: Budtender – Fresh.Green Dispensary

Location: Kansas City, MO

Employment Type: Hourly (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Fresh.Green Dispensary is a licensed cannabis retailer in Kansas City, MO, dedicated to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Budtender to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection
Educate customers on the effects and benefits of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and concentrates
Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
Ensure compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations and company policies, including verifying customer age and Agent ID where applicable
Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain sales records
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and displays

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a budtender or cannabis retail associate in the Missouri market
Valid Missouri Marijuana Agent ID (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and compliance-focused
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
