Audiology practice is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, N.C. Our focus is to serve the hearing impaired in our community. We work closely with physicians and their patients and our expertise includes high technology hearing aid systems and cochlear implants. We also work with the Veteran’s Administration to help serve our veterans. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, completing administrative processing and recordkeeping. Excel experience is required. The position supports the mission of the practice by demonstrating excellent patient care and incorporating patient retention calls as needed. Having two office therapy pups in training, must enjoy dogs.
