Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing-related tasks, including processing payments. Audit patient accounts when necessary

- Manage text messages, emails, tasks and assist with product shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, upkeep product inventory, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional customer service and patient care
- Promote supportive therapies, google reviews, promos and events!
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality


- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and technology
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
