Full job description

We have immediate openings for pediatric occupational therapists, trained in feeding, who want to see 4-30 early intervention clients a week, in families homes, within San Diego.

You only drive to where you want to go.

We receive ongoing referrals from beach cities Del Mar all the way down to Imperial Beach and everything in between to East Count, Poway, and up to Escondido.

We also have a 15 client caseload coming available the week of July 21, 2025 with clients in Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa, Santee, and El Cajon.

We are a therapist owned organization designed to make your life easier and more rewarding. Save time by:

  • Completing all documentation, online, within the therapy session.
  • Goals and therapy activities auto-populate to each treatment note.
  • Auto-generated billing based on your documentation.
  • Set your own schedule.

Compensation ranges from $80.00 to $96.60 per session based on experience level, certification level, and number of sessions completed per week. You are paid for drive time, coordinating services with the office and families, as well as rest breaks when working over a 4 hour day. Mileage reimbursement and assistance with phone and internet charges are provided.

At End Picky Eating we provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy services to children birth to 3 living in San Diego. Many clients are problem feeders due to sensory processing difficulties and oral-motor delays, so experience with feeding is required. However, some clients just need help with sensory processing, fine motor, visual motor and/or general self-help skills.

To best serve our families, we provide consistent parent education, modeling, and coaching to empower families to help their children improve every day. You can use your own handouts or access those in our database.

If you are a caring, committed, and creative OT who is flexible and loves working with young children, this is a great opportunity for you!
