Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy is seeking a neuroaffirming, pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, play-based team. We are a holistic, family-centered clinic made up of passionate OTs and SLPs who value connection, clinical excellence, and honoring each child’s strengths.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship—ideal for an OT who loves pediatrics and wants autonomy within a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and criterion-referenced assessments
• Develop and implement meaningful, individualized treatment plans
• Provide 1:1 pediatric OT using evidence-based, play-based approaches
• Support children with sensory processing, emotional regulation, and praxis
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and other professionals
• Co-treat with speech-language pathologists
• Facilitate OT dyads, groups, and seasonal camps as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in Maryland
• Passion for working with the pediatric population
• Experience or strong interest in play-based models (DIR/Floortime preferred)
• Knowledge of sensory processing, emotional regulation, and praxis
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: 4 days per week
• Options for 4x10s or school-hours block

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
