Full job description
Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy is seeking a neuroaffirming, pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, play-based team. We are a holistic, family-centered clinic made up of passionate OTs and SLPs who value connection, clinical excellence, and honoring each child’s strengths.
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship—ideal for an OT who loves pediatrics and wants autonomy within a supportive team.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and criterion-referenced assessments
- Develop and implement meaningful, individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 pediatric OT using evidence-based, play-based approaches
- Support children with sensory processing, emotional regulation, and praxis
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and other professionals
- Co-treat with speech-language pathologists
- Facilitate OT dyads, groups, and seasonal camps as appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in Maryland
- Passion for working with the pediatric population
- Experience or strong interest in play-based models (DIR/Floortime preferred)
- Knowledge of sensory processing, emotional regulation, and praxis
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 4 days per week
- Options for 4x10s or school-hours block
- Paid documentation time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
