Pediatric Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose physical challenges in pediatric clients
• Develop individualized and effective treatment plans
• Conduct in-home therapy sessions to address developmental and motor delays
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to therapy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Stay informed about best practices in pediatric physical therapy
• Provide services primarily in the client's home environment

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• Comfortable administering therapy in-home
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
