About us

Inspire Physical Therapy (Inspire PT) is a growing pediatric private practice located in southwest Beaverton. We are family-owned, therapist-driven, patient and community-centered. This flexible position can provide a wide variety of benefits in a relaxed and collaborative environment. All treatments are 1:1, catering to patients ranging from birth to high schooler to college and beyond, treating orthopedic and sports related injuries.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a full time and/or part-time basis as a team member for our pediatric rehab program. Specializing in ages birth to 12~. If you are passionate about pediatric rehabilitation and have the skills and commitment to contribute to our dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.   • Independently conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children typically ages six years to College age using standardized testing, clinical observation and the parent|caretaker|family interview process.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient's functional potential or previous level of functioning based on clinical findings.
  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions, ensuring a focused and personalized approach to rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and establish home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric physical therapy and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in community engagement, marketing and social media campaigns.


  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon. See if you reside in a 'Compact State'?
  • Pediatric Physical Therapy experience 2 years preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents, demonstrating patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
