We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist or Ortho Physical Therapist with the desire to learn the pelvic floor to work with women managing pelvic floor dysfunction. Whether addressing pain, incontinence, or other pelvic health challenges, our holistic, hands-on, and corrective exercise-based approach ensures patients achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities
At Empower Pelvic Health, our team is dedicated to empowering individuals to regain strength, confidence, and vitality. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and pelvic health to identify functional limitations and goals.
- Developing individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, and function using a holistic, hands-on, and corrective exercise-based approach.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient.
- Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, home exercises, and proactive strategies for long-term pelvic health.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams when needed.
- Maintaining accurate, thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care.
- Staying at the forefront of pelvic health by engaging in ongoing professional development and embracing innovative treatments and practices.
- Follow all safety and ethical practice guidelines in the Employee Handbook.
- Ongoing CEU classes (per Texas Licensure requirements).
- Ability to manage a full caseload (6-8 patients per day)
Skills

- Proficiency in pelvic health physical therapy techniques and manual therapy, with a focus on holistic, hands-on, and corrective exercise-based care.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, especially as they relate to pelvic floor and orthopedic dysfunctions.
- Familiarity with evidence/research-based approaches and protocols, ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients.
- The ability to design and implement personalized care plans that empower patients to achieve their goals and regain over all well-being.
- Exceptional communication skills to build trusting relationships with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Outstanding organizational skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload while writting less daily notes!
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach that fosters a supportive and empowering environment for recovery and wellness.
