Valley Insurance Group is a full service, independent insurance agency offering Commercial, Personal lines & Benefit insurance solutions. We have experienced tremendous growth in the past few years and anticipate continued growth for years to come. Our agency is located in Naperville, IL conveniently right off Interstate 88.

Valley Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and add value to our growing client base. We work with a variety of accounts, but the largest part of our existing book of business is Franchised Auto Dealerships, which represents a tremendous cross-selling opportunity with several warm leads to pursue.

We offer a comfortable hybrid schedule which includes working remotely 3 days a week along with 100% employer paid benefits. Position Summary for Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Supporting and servicing a wide range of Personal Lines Accounts
  • Remarketing, quoting, rating of new client’s business, and account renewals
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Process certificates, endorsements, binders, and first claims
  • Process renewals in coordination with the Account Executive
  • Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Personal Lines experience Preferred
  • Independent Agency experience Preferred
  • Experience with High-Net-Worth clients is a plus
  • Applied Systems experience (EPIC) would be beneficial
  • Interact well with others and team player
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Ability to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently
  • Current Insurance Property and Casualty License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
