Full job description
Manzi Insurance is an independent insurance agency seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is an in-office role based primarily in our Newtown, CT office.
The ideal candidate holds an active Connecticut P&C Insurance Producer License and has experience working in an independent agency. If you’re a passionate people person, comfortable speaking with clients, communicating professionally, and using technology, you may be a great fit. As a member of the Manzi Insurance team you will enjoy a diverse and supportive, community-based environment.
Key responsibilities include:
· Provide billing and claims support
· Issue binders, certificates, and ID cards
· Process and report policy changes
· Round accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities
· Prepare renewal quotes and submissions
· Conduct fact-finding with clients
· Research carrier marketing materials and appetite guides
· Create and submit applications
· Issue new policies and service existing accounts
· Meet with current and prospective clients
Manzi Insurance operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, and is closed on weekends and most major holidays. Benefits include:

Experience with our agency’s software is a plus, including Microsoft365 (Outlook and Teams), Vertafore AMS360 & PL Rating, and RingCentral.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
