What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire: oversee daily pharmacy operations in a long-term care pharmacy setting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and top-tier patient care
• Team leadership: mentor, coach, and build a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns
• Patient focus: counsel patients, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service
• Operational excellence: manage workflow, inventory, billing, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Growth and impact: expand clinical services (immunizations, MTM, wellness programs) and strengthen community/provider relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania; immunization license required
• Experience: 3–5 years as a pharmacist preferred, with at least 1–2 years in leadership or management preferred
• Skills: strong leadership, communication, and business acumen with the ability to deliver results under pressure
