Physical Therapist-owned private outpatient Physical Therapy clinic seeking a motivated individual for a Part-Time Rehabilitation Aide/ Front Desk position starting June 2025. Training for the position will begin in April-June 2025. This is not a summer work opportunity. This is for year round employment. Part-Time 20-24 hours/ week.

Conveniently located at the junction of Routes 27 and 16, serving the neighboring communities of Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Millis, Natick, Medway, Medfield and Wellesley. No public transportation nearby.

Comfort/knowledge using a Mac/Apple computer is preferable. Knowledge and aptitude for using excel, Microsoft word, scanning, uploading files.

Rehab Aide position:

The ideal candidate will have the following Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology. Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports/Physical Education or Athletic Training is preferable. If you have a background in front desk, office manager work, please apply.

Duties:

• Physical therapist aides work under the direct supervision of a physical therapist. They perform routine tasks delegated by the therapist which may include performing exercises designated by the Physical Therapist.

The Front Desk-Receptionist -Office manager is responsible for:

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Collecting co-payments and deductibles from patients.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Responsible for keeping the treatment area clean and organized.
