Plant Laborer - $2500 Hiring Incentive!

United Refining Company located in Warren, PA is looking to hire laborers for positions within our refinery.

*These positions require passing a mathematics and mechanical competency test. Employment will be determined after successful testing performance. We will call to schedule a pre-employment test after application has been submitted. DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR TESTING IS 1/29/2025*

Position Purpose:

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Assist with removal and/or installation of refinery process equipment
• Trenching work
• Clean/pressure wash process equipment
• Perform cleanup work
• Assist in minor repair of refinery process or utility equipment
• Assist with the opening , closing, or isolation of process equipment
• Fire watch/Hole watch for other crews performing work
• Assist with removal/reloading of process equipment medium/catalyst
• Assist with storage tank cleaning

Educational Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Drivers License

Required Competencies:

• Ability to use basic hand tools

Computer Skills:

• Basic

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk distances and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must possess a tolerance for tight spaces and heights
