Job Summary

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of plumbing service projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs
• Manage project documentation including schematics, contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance; address issues proactively
• Develop accurate construction estimates by applying industry best practices in construction estimating techniques
• Ensure effective project coordination through detailed scheduling using ServiceTitan or similar tools; adjust plans as needed for unforeseen challenges
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement in construction management processes

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures
• Ability to read technical schematics and understand complex plumbing systems
• Valid experience in managing construction sites safely while adhering to all safety regulations
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in contract administration and project documentation
