Full job description

Central Florida Property Management company looking for a FT Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the management of HOA homes, condos, and townhomes. The qualified person must have experience in portfolio management and have an active LCAM license. Hours Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Fridays off with pay).

Responsibilities:

 Board of directors’ support
 Financial budgeting and reporting
 Governing document knowledge
 Service contract negotiation
 Client account management
 Excellent multi-tasking abilities
 Organizational skills
 Conflict resolution

Qualifications:

Candidate must have strong organizational skills. problem resolution skills, and the ability to work with the Board of Directors and residents of the communities. Please e-mail resume for immediate consideration.
