Alterra Wellness, a leader in the Oklahoma cannabis industry, is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Pre-Roll Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. If you possess a keen eye for quality and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to join our team.

Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time
• Compensation: $15/hour ($1/hr raise after completion of 60-day probationary period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation: Grinding and sifting material for pre-roll production.
• Production: Daily operation of the pre-roll machine, conducting quality control checks on each pre-roll before packaging.
• Packaging: Properly packaging, labeling, and ensuring compliance for all pre-rolls, making them ready for sale.
• Cleaning: Executing daily cleaning tasks including cleaning floors in the pre-roll room, taking out trash, and cleaning designated areas of the facility at the end of each day.
• Harvest: Assisting with harvest approximately once a month, including cutting plants and hanging them in dry rooms.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Quick hands with an ability for repetitive and intricate motions.
