Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in kitchen management and a strong background in production, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to work with a small but diverse team.
Job description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among staff members.
- Ability to execute heavy lifting (50 to 100 pounds).
- Being transparent about pros and cons of workplace practices to further progress overall success.
- Proficiency or ability to learn driving a truck with a trailer.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of food management practices, including safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in supervising food production processes and managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
