Print Shop - Reprographics Technician

Do you have strong technical skills in Ms Excel and Word? Are you comfortable doing design work on the computer (not necessary, but desirable)? Are you familiar with Scantron (not necessary, but desirable)?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reprographics Specialist to join our production team and ensure client requirements are met efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the Print Shop, Scan room, and mail center, including printing and assembling jobs, preparing mailings, scanning incoming mail and surveys, and performing data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of print/scan/mailing equipment.
• Perform tasks such as hand folding, stuffing, sealing, and packaging.
• Maintain inventory and place stock orders when necessary.
• Upload files to the Postal Website for presort mail shipments, print postal paperwork, and verify accuracy.
• Prepare mail for the post office by sorting, bundling, banding, and wrapping.
• Manage inventory of postal supplies.
• Proofread, edit, and create letters, surveys, labels, and other materials as needed.
• Merge data for efficient processing.
• Utilize digital and inkjet printers to output work.
• Handle money used for incentives.
• Scan incoming mail and other documents.
• Package and prepare items for mailing.
• Batch and track survey returns.
• Scan and accurately enter respondent data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite.
• Preferably experienced in working with digital presses and mail inserters.

• Scantron Scan Tools Prisma
• Scantron Design Expert
• Adobe InDesign
