RunLab® is revolutionizing healthcare for active patients. Founded in 2013, we are a high-energy clinic specializing in biomechanical assessment, movement retraining, and active rehabilitation. As we expand in the Austin area, we’re looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team.
At RunLab we treat patients of all ages and abilities—runners and non-runners alike—and have worked with everyone from gold medal Olympians to patients with M.S., Cerebral Palsy, and a host of other movement disorders. We help our patients achieve better movement and function through personalized, active rehabilitation. We believe that every person’s movement patterns are as unique to them as their fingerprint, and we lean heavily on an active approach to care and individualized plans.
Position Details: We’re seeking a PRN Doctor of Physical Therapy for our North Austin location. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced provider, we’re committed to training the right candidate in our biomechanical assessment and rehab methods. Running experience is not required, but a passion for exercise and an active lifestyle is preferred, as our clinic caters to an active population.

- 1:1 Time with Patients: You’ll have dedicated 1:1 time with your patients, supported by a designated mobility specialist to assist with patient care and ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.If you're frustrated with juggling multiple patients at once or rushing through new appointments every few minutes, our dedicated 1:1 approach will be a perfect fit for you!
- Mentorship: New team members will receive hands-on mentoring for the first 6 months to help you get comfortable with our unique approach and develop your skills.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who is excited to treat active patients and is passionate about movement and rehabilitation.
- Someone eager to grow professionally and learn new skills, especially in biomechanical assessment and movement retraining.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- A positive, energetic personality with a sense of humor and a genuine passion for helping people move better and live better.
- Willingness to work in North Austin.
Compensation:
- Part-time and hourly rates are negotiable for the right candidate.
- Full-time salary starting at $70K+ (depending on experience) with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for pay increases.
