Common Crow Natural Health, Inc. is owned and operated by Pat Towler, clinical herbalist, and Kate Noonan. Founded in 2000, Common Crow is a small family business, dedicated to providing outstanding natural products to Cape Ann. We serve Cape Ann’s residents, and visitors from around the world with the highest quality natural products and “Uncommon Wisdom” – our sensible and heart-centered approach to helping our customers make the best choices for their health.
We believe that successful, sustainable business can – and should – support and sustain the best of human nature. We believe in the value of a human-scale workplace, and apply the natural wisdom of animal and plant ecology to our business model.
We believe that our products and our place of business are valuable and helpful, and want to enhance the lives of our customers, suppliers, colleagues and neighbors with the way we work.
An important aspect of our vision is to restore the idea of local, independent, businesses as the ‘center’ where irreplaceable levels of community, quality goods and great service can thrive. National trends in urban and suburban community development show that now is the time to be the small, neighborhood store–the marketplace as social center, as meeting place, and as the heart of the community.
