To be considered for the position you must be experienced with basic hand tools including drills, soldering irons, etc. You must be able to stand/walk all shift and lift up to 45 lbs.

Below are qualifications for Assembly and creating Vehicle Specific Kits

Qualifications:

  • Perform any assembly-type functions using hand and power tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on zero defect manufacturing
  • Assemble work orders in a timely manner
  • Inspect finished products to ensure it conforms to customer requirements
  • Package boxes using specified packing materials
  • Packaging finished products and correctly labeling
  • Physical requirements may include lifting and moving boxes
  • Following verbal and written instructions
  • Material preparation and material handling
  • Producing high quality items according to order specifications and production procedures
  • Meet production time frames and quality objectives set by the company
  • Production line and soldering experience are a plus

A Successful Candidate will have these skills:

  • Experience in NetSuite is a plus, but not required
  • Team Player
  • Detail Oriented
  • Quick learner
  • Reliable, honest, and hardworking
  • Possesses critical thinking skills
  • Ability to also work independently, as needed
  • Be able to adapt and work within different areas of production
  • Ability to follow directions and ask questions when unsure
