We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join The Mob!
As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a mechanical aptitude.

The Production Assistant Duties and Responsibilities cover 3 main areas:
- Inventory Management
- Product Preparation
- Shipping
Inventory Management
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Notify a supervisor should inventory of select items run low
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
Product Preparation
- Prepare consumable products using a blender according to recipe (please note, all recipes are protected and an NDA will be required)
- Prepare large batch syrups as needed
- Maintain proper rotation of consumable product for quality and freshness
- Complete daily prep checklist in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with management on orders currently in que
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand/trolly
- Load or unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wash worktables
- Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
- Package items and label correctly
- Must pass ServSafe exam
Shipping
- Once products are prepared for shipping, you will be responsible for transporting them to the local USPS/UPS locations and obtaining scan receipts
Hours:
- A 4 hour shift on Sunday (hours can be selected. Once you select your hours, these will be your shift hours moving forward)
- A 4 hour shift on Monday from 10am-2pm
- During your shift, a Supervisor will be available either on-site or virtually to support you.
Must be available for training March 17th-20th
Meeting Requirements:
- Weekly check-in's at the start of your shift
- Biweekly supervision
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
- **Plus if you are a ServSafe Manager

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
