Full job description

General Description

Each week, St. Andrew reaches thousands of online viewers as well as in-person worshippers. As part of our dynamic production team, you will learn to work with lighting, cameras, video displays, sound, and online streaming to support the Sunday morning worship experience both in person and online. There will also be opportunities for additional video recording support on some Thursday afternoons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sunday morning worship technology support including controlling cameras, sound, lighting, and video displays
  • Recording of videos
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning new skills associated with the needed technology support.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Technological skills such as MacOS and camera equipment
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Multimedia experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly
  • Reliable team player

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and climb a ladder

Schedule Requirements

  • Sunday morning, Thursday afternoon

Education Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high School or other higher education program

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a background check
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19 preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
