TITLE: Program Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Director of Programming

DIRECT REPORTS: None

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Programming

  • Must be active in the First Tee Coach Program
  • Manage and oversee the execution of Calvin Peete Tournament Series events
  • Assemble and distribute materials to program locations including rosters, lesson plans, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist programming department with planning and execution of classes, camps, and other participant opportunities
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of program location equipment and inform Director of Programming of equipment needs
  • Coach as needed at various programming locations

Administration

  • Become proficient with Salesforce
  • Assists in developing and adhering to budgets
  • Assist with programming administration and implementation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Programming

Fundraising

  • Track equipment donor information and process through Bloomerang, submits accurate reports for the Executive Director
  • Oversee the equipment donation process to include collecting donations, inventory of donations and distribution/resale of the inventory
  • Assist with execution of fundraising events as needed
  • Serves as an advocate and role model for First Tee – North Florida in the community

EDUCATION AND EXPIERENCE REQUIRED

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher (Preferred)
  • Flexible work schedule

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the Program Coordinator must be able to: have visual and hearing acuity: have mobility, speaking, writing, analytical reasoning skills and manual dexterity, the ability to lift (50) pounds, high energy to perform and complete tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Work Environment: May spend time indoors, in a controlled environment, and outdoors in an uncontrolled environment with moderate to high noise levels. The work schedule is non-traditional and does require weekends and holidays. The individual must be able to travel within the chapter service area as required.
