SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Programming Coordinator plays a key role in advancing The Onsite Foundation’s mission by providing leadership,
structure, and support for all programs. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating programs,
overseeing policies and procedures, supervising contract staff, and managing program budgets to ensure optimal
impact and efficiency.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal
candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with diverse groups of people, and embodies adaptability,
dependability, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to support programming initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of program implementation, including scheduling, logistics, promotion, implementation,
and evaluation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new program inquiries and communication with participants and staff.
- Maintain accurate databases of program participants and related metrics.
- Generate reports on attendance, outcomes, and operational insights.• Research and recommend best practices for enhancing program effectiveness.
- Assist with the development and monitoring of program budgets to ensure the cost-effective use of
resources.
- Purchase supplies and materials as needed for program delivery.
- Support grant applications and funding proposals by providing program data and impact narratives.
- Foster relationships with alums and collaborate with Onsite’s alum staff to maintain engagement.
- Manage communications between contract staff, Onsite, and other key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years’ experience in behavioral health, nonprofit programming, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Canva, QuickBooks, and social media platforms.
- Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and operational planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with the ability to streamline and implement efficient systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid position: requires in-person presence in Nashville and/or Cumberland Furnace multiple times per
week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
- Occasional travel will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
