Full job description
LEAD Girls of NC seeks a skilled, compassionate and enthusiastic facilitator. In this role you will:
- Use flexibility to facilitate sessions, guided by the LEAD Girls curriculum, to deliver engaging programming and activities to meet the needs of the specific group of girls attending each session.
- Facilitate sessions, currently offered in-person, for approximately 18 girls per session; programming is typically scheduled mornings or afternoons during the week.
Duties also include:
- Keep girls safe, encourage them and have fun while learning to be a leader in her own life.
- Maintain LEAD Girls registration, attendance, program evaluation and ensure open and accurate communication in order to fulfill grant requirements.
Qualifications:
We seek someone with the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm for working with girls. This person has a keen commitment to pluralism, the ability to work on one Saturday a month and has reliable transportation, to support current program activities.
Experience working with groups of children in camps or after-school programs, along with working knowledge of Windows Office products, is required. Knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet/classroom preferred.

We have opportunities for bi-lingual (Spanish) and English speaking.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
