Gamma Reality Inc. (GRI) provides real-time, mobile, 3D hazard mapping capabilities deployable in handheld mode, on unmanned robotic platforms (UAV/UGV) and on vehicles, to enable safer, more efficient, and dynamic missions. Our core technologies in 3D radiation mapping and multi-sensor data fusion are born out of over a decade of R&D conducted at a national laboratory, and GRI continues to develop and deploy innovative new technologies with our extensive experience in radiation detection and nuclear engineering, computer vision, robotics, and custom electronics and multi-sensor system development.

Job Description:

As a Program Manager at GRI, you will work closely with the management team to support a range of business operations, from contracts administration to project management. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive communicator who enjoys being hands-on. This role will require adaptability, flexibility, and an agile mindset to manage competing priorities, support a broad range of business functions, and keep up with the fast pace of our team as we pursue opportunities to extend our impact. For experienced candidates, there are also opportunities to support strategic business development.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the management team and team leads to support cross-functional coordination and planning for multiple projects
  • Support contracts management
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and other requirements
  • Support review and development of documentation and collateral
  • Manage administrative and business operations in the office
  • Regularly monitor and communicate status/progress of pending tasks
  • Develop, implement, and/or improve internal business processes and procedures
  • Support tracking and triaging of business opportunities
  • Support project planning timelines and resource allocation management in coordination with project and team leads
  • Support other business functions, as well as special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on complex, cross-functional processes and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or contracts management for a high growth organization
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have a high threshold for navigating ambiguity and are able to balance setting strategic priorities with rapid, high-quality execution
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a four year institution

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience or familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or government contracting processes
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, MBA or related degree
