Position Summary: Cypher Analytics is currently seeking junior, mid, and senior level Program Management Consultants with active secret clearances to provide project management, acquisition management, and general administrative support to Navy Programs. Ideal candidates will be team players, proactive, detail orientated, and motivated self-starters. This posting is for future openings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have the following years of experience providing program support to the DoD depending on job level: Junior 1+ years, Mid 3+ years, Senior 5+ years.
- Prefer experience in a DOD, Navy, Army, Marines, National Guard, and/or NAVWAR program or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use MS Excel to do VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
- Understands DoD and industry best practices for Program/Project Management.
- Understands the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle.
Essential Functions:
- Provide on-site direct support to the Program Manager in managing the day-to-day activities.
- Develop, monitor and assist in the management of project schedules and resources to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle.
- Support the development and management of program briefs, correspondence, data calls and initiatives relating to program projects, risks, and issues.
- Schedule meetings, draft agendas, record minutes and action items, manage and maintain action item trackers, coordinate completion of action items with internal and external stakeholders, attend and participate in meetings.
- Assist in responding to various ad hoc data calls related to program projects.
