We are seeking a driven and ambitious Project Manager with the ability to support the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be an individual with a curious mind and a desire to be part of the continuous evolution and improvement of our growing company.
Primary Job Functions
- Assist in planning and coordinating manufacturing projects from initiation to completion
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, sales, marketing, quality assurance, and purchasing
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation under the guidance of senior managers
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Oversee data, information collection, and proof testing in the manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or operations
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Asana)
Required Skills
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable dealing with products that are of a technical nature
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively (time management)
- Must be motivated, assertive, take responsibility, think creatively, and troubleshoot
- Driven to close projects
- Self-directed
- Intermediate experience in Excel and experience working in ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
