We are seeking a driven and ambitious Project Manager with the ability to support the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be an individual with a curious mind and a desire to be part of the continuous evolution and improvement of our growing company.

Primary Job Functions

  • Assist in planning and coordinating manufacturing projects from initiation to completion
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, sales, marketing, quality assurance, and purchasing
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation under the guidance of senior managers
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
  • Oversee data, information collection, and proof testing in the manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or operations
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Asana)

Required Skills

  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable dealing with products that are of a technical nature
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively (time management)
  • Must be motivated, assertive, take responsibility, think creatively, and troubleshoot
  • Driven to close projects
  • Self-directed
  • Intermediate experience in Excel and experience working in ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
