Full job description
Project Manager - In Person but open to discussing remote opportunity.
Provide timely and accurate quotations to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), National Account (NA) Distributors, Custom Integrators, and other Business Development (BD) customers.
- Follow company pricing policies and obtain prior approvals as required.
- Act as the main point of contact (POC) for pre-sale activities.
- Proactively manage projects.
o Manage project tasks, including those assigned to other stakeholders or team members.
o Coordinate/Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
o Occasional travel to job sites or other customer meetings as warranted.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Understand QTL’s products and services and stay up to date on new product offerings.
- Provide take-offs and applications assistance.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and proper documentation prior to sending them to the Account Manager or Order Entry team.
- Document opportunities, customers, contacts, activities, communication, and other information in the CRM/ERP system.
- Follow up with customers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to close business.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share with management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, design, or related field preferred.
- Five or more years’ experience as a customer-facing project manager. Lighting industry experience and PMP certification a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,048.00 - $80,000.00 per year
