Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Cleaning Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various industrial cleaning projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Make sales calls and visits to customers to generate work and foster long-term relationships.

Plan, organize, and coordinate industrial cleaning projects from start to finish.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Conduct site assessments and inspections to identify project requirements and potential risks.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal crews to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.

Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control measures throughout the duration of each project.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) managing industrial cleaning projects or similar projects.

Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build rapport with clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
