About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Project Manager to join our team. - Order and schedule material acquisition and deliveries for projects
- Collaborate with in-house labor to ensure proper site preparation for subs and upcoming materials
- Minimum bi-weekly site visits
- All jobs are within the Denver Metro area. Understanding site conditions allows for the appropriate schedule/budget adjustments when needed

- Communicate progress via regular reporting
- Communication to Owners and Directors
- Communication to Clients
- Communication to laborers and subcontractors
- Accounting and invoice tracking completed weekly - with support of VA
- Keeping track of all updates and needs via outstanding communication and organization methods
- This is different for each candidate but there must be a process
- Understand and manage the permitting process for residential remodel projects. We are licensed to work in all Denver Metro counties.
- Ability to think big picture, we are working day-to-day on individual projects; but you understand that what we are doing now will directly contribute to the overall business goals we have at Laurelless.

- Proactive- you're able to foresee possible issues and create risk mitigation strategies to avoid inefficiencies and costly mistakes
- Action-oriented, you’re able to understand problems and you get excited to find and implement solutions
- Self-starter, you identify areas of potential improvement and make recommendations for how to overcome them
- You make decisions based on what’s right for the business, not what’s easiest
- You are an effective communicator and collaborative relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to support a team
