As part of our continued growth, Triple P America have a new Project Manager position based in our Columbia office. Working collaboratively with the Triple P America team, the role will work across a diverse range of projects to coordinate and ensure project and contract deliverables are met. The role is full time with some flexibility.

Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. The program is active in over 30 countries and has offices in 9 countries.

The Role

Working across the Triple P America team and globally with head office in Australia, the role will provide support to ensure the efficient execution of current and future projects. Duties will include:

· Develop a project tracking system to ensure deliverables are met

· Support the wider team during the contracting project phase

· Liaise with internal teams to establish agreed project priorities and requirements

· Collate information for project reporting from internal teams

· Manage project reporting process

· Prepare, write and review project related information

· Monitor project budgets and spending in collaboration with finance.

The Person

Skills required to perform the role are:

· Strong project management experience – five years plus

· Project management certifications or equivalent tertiary level qualifications

· Experience across a variety of project types, including digital projects

· Familiarity with technology and utilizing for project management

· Strong communication skills written and verbal

· Adaptable and ability to be flexible according to changing priorities

· Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
