The Project Manager will manage custom accounts and walk customers through our custom design process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This position will need to coordinate invoicing, team stores, oversee the artwork process, and communicate with customers throughout the process and beyond. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service, collaborate effectively with internal teams, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy.

Details: Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team by preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order-related issues.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with different departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory levels, and timely delivery of products.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, customer interactions, and relevant documentation. Generate reports and sales analytics as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and specifications to clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address any challenges or issues related to order processing, delivery, or customer concerns. Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments or management when necessary.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales activity, track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and compiling sales materials.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to support the sales team in developing effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Training: Collaborate with the sales team to organize and conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and system usage.
  • Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, such as order volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate departmental performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.
