Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Full cycle bookkeeping for our construction company, real estate llc's and concrete company
  • Document day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Verify that transactions are accurately recorded.

Accounts Receivable and Payable:

  • Process accounts receivable and conduct bank account transfers.
  • Handle all mortgage payments for property owners.
  • Process all labor billings, management fees and work-orders.
  • Manage all owner payments.
  • Manage invoices and tax payments.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Reconcile deposit accounts.
  • Record all mortgage payments.
  • Generate and distribute owner statements.
  • Ensure legal compliance with financial requirements.

Software Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with accounting software packages such as QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, and AppFolio Property Management Software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with property managers, construction project managers, and other team members.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Cross train with other positions within the accounting department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
