Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping:
- Full cycle bookkeeping for our construction company, real estate llc's and concrete company
- Document day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Verify that transactions are accurately recorded.
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- Process accounts receivable and conduct bank account transfers.
- Handle all mortgage payments for property owners.
- Process all labor billings, management fees and work-orders.
- Manage all owner payments.
- Manage invoices and tax payments.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Reconcile deposit accounts.
- Record all mortgage payments.
- Generate and distribute owner statements.
- Ensure legal compliance with financial requirements.
Software Proficiency:
- Familiarity with accounting software packages such as QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, and AppFolio Property Management Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with property managers, construction project managers, and other team members.
- Communicate effectively to ensure accurate financial data.
- Cross train with other positions within the accounting department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
