Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate plans, coordinates, and directs the applicable areas of the Quality Management System designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creation of quality documents and Procedures for quality management. Maintain and revise Quality Assurance Procedures and Instructions as necessary to assure ISO 9001,IATF16949 registration.

2. Performing and coordinating internal or supplier audits/training to ensure continuing compliance with Quality System Standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF 16949) and the manufacture of safe products.

3. Perform internal audits and identify quality system improvements to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001).

4. Various data statistics are performed to detect anomalies and promote improvement and correction.

5. Investigate non-conformances and assist manufacturing and engineering teams in determining effective corrective actions.

6. Proven ability to influence and lead through effective communications and team player attitude.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or quality assurance or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution; or a minimum of 3-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an adequate combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the role.

2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of relevant requirements and industry standards.

3. Ability to analyze data and identify trends, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

4. Experience with internal audits, problem solving and developing corrective action plans.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools related to quality assurance.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally.
