Full job description
Job Overview:
Individual/Family Satisfaction Team Surveyors conduct face-to-face and telephone surveys at the MHAFF office, remote locations in the community, or private homes with participants using behavioral health services and individuals with intellectual disabilities. Results of surveys help ensure that service systems are consistent with the principles of recovery in adults, resilience in children, and everyday lives for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The Mental Health Association is Peer Run Organization and requires that staff have lived experience related to mental health.
Duties:
- Conduct surveys over the phone and in person to monitor the quality of behavioral health services
- Proficiently complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain HIPAA guidelines
- Report directly to the I/FST Program Manager
- Handle sensitive information appropriately
- Assist with survey respondents' dissatisfactions as necessary following department guidelines
Skills:
- Provide excellent customer service to survey respondents
- Ability to work independently and remain on task while completing department goals
- Experience with computers, tablets, handheld phones and cell phones
- Work with a small team and maintain efficiency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
