Job Summary
FHC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Research Electrode team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting delicate, high-precision electrodes under a microscope, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering teams to uphold FHC’s reputation for quality.
Responsibilities
· Inspect Research Electrodes using drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
· Identify and report quality issues and recommend improvements
· Record and analyze inspection data using an ERP system
· Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve process issues
· Maintain accurate labeling and documentation
· Support a continuous improvement culture within the department
· Participate in quality audits and internal trainings
Skills
· Detail-oriented individuals.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
· Team players.
· Strong time management skills.
· Basic computer, blueprint reading, and math skills.
· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points For:
· Experience with delicate parts in manufacturing.
· Experience working with a microscope.
· Experience in a related field or manufacturing environment.
· Soldering experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
