Commissions splits include:

$245/transaction & $25/month

90/10 plan & $0/month (90% You, 10% brokerage)

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of properties

- Keeping abreast of real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines

- Providing outstanding customer service to guarantee client satisfaction

Qualifications include:

- Valid Arizona Real Estate License

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of real estate law and fair housing regulations

- Customer service-oriented mindset
