Buyers Agent Job Description:

  • Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers. Resulting in effective conversion rates from leads into appointments, appointments into buyer agreements, and buyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
  • Displays expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership.
  • Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
  • Consults with clients the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
  • Effectively negotiates for all buyer clients.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Effectively communicate with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport.
  • Diffuse difficult situations and resolve to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

High Performer Key Activities:

  • Research The Market Daily – New Listings And Price Reductions.
  • Preview Homes That Are In Your Target Area.
  • Manage 2-4 buyer contracts/closings Per Month.
  • Follow-Up Quickly On All Sign Calls, Internet Inquiries, IVR Calls And Other Leads.
  • Track All Active Leads, Send Them Updates (New Listings)
  • Schedule Showing Sessions In 2 To 3 Hour Blocks – 6 To 8 Showing Sessions A Week.
  • Willing To Be Held Accountable For Goals/Results.
  • Attend Training, Role-Play And Practice Scripts 2 To 4 Hours A Week.
  • Track All Of Your Key Business Activities. Set Weekly Goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Massachusetts Real Estate License (Required)
