Are you looking for more bona fide buying and listing leads, but more importantly a "long term home" for you and your business?

We are a caring and supportive RE/MAX team where you can not only show buyer leads homes and go on listing appointments this week, but more importantly, build your business and your brand long term (with both buyers and listings.) We provide an honest and fair compensation plan that benefits and rewards YOU as the agent for your time and efforts.
With our team, agents can "shadow" and learn aspects of the business from various 5-30 million dollar annual producers. And we continually provide ideas to grow your own personal business and bring more to your bottom line.
With over 1000-1400 plus leads coming in each month from our weekly WCCO radio show (The Minnesota Real Estate Show), our local Google presence, and other sources of lead generation, each agent can take 60-70 plus new leads per month.
And these leads are solid and closing. In 2023, the team closed over 1500 transactions and 550 million in sales.
As listing agents, use the leverage and marketing of the number one ranked RE/MAX team in Minnesota and the RE/MAX brand in listing presentations. Sellers are looking for proven results and who they can trust to list their home in this market.
Need more training? Our team also offers two training/team meeting sessions per month as well on relevant topics: How to Do More Business and Close More Homes, How to Work with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Social Media, etc. In addition, we offer a weekly "Team Training" in a small group setting for agents looking for more one on one training in a more intimate, helpful, and small group setting. Our team also has a helpful Accountability Group too.
We have 21 RE/MAX Advantage Plus offices all over the entire Twin Cities area where you can meet clients, set up office, etc.
Currently our team has over 150 active MLS listings where we are representing the seller. Full or part time work available.
We also pay for a top producer trip to Playa Mujeres Mexico for the agent and a guest if in 2024, they closed over 8 million in sales. This past year we had 25 agents who qualified.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
