REALTOR® Academy Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading team members in creating a positive experience by providing superior level of customer service to current and potential members and students. Managing content development and instructor implementation of that content.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members and students.
  • Managing content development and instructor implementation of that content development.
  • Subject Matter Expert for various types of real estate products and services available to members, students, and council members.
  • Subject Matter Expert on the association management system (RAMCO), and Learning Management Systems (RECampus, Zoom), etc.
  • Lead team in providing assistance to members and student inquiries whether in person, by phone, email, or live chat.
  • Accurately and timely enter member/student information into various databases and schedule courses.
  • Answer inquiries regarding but not limited to membership, state licensure, registration, state, and federal programs as applicable.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must have a customer centric mindset.
  • Responsible for record keeping, archiving, and proper disposal of confidential documents.
  • Actively research curriculum and remain up to date on developments within the real estate industry and competitors.
  • Seek and gather information from management, members, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Measure student enrollment and retention rates and work with the Education Director on increasing enrollment and retention.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create instructional materials, user guides, and procedures.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify areas of business and process improvement.
  • Assist in planning, creating, and implementing training courses and materials.
  • Assist with Cross-training between departments for a more seamless customer service experience.
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to the Education Director for enrollments, pass rates, financials, and other data requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have five (5) years real estate experience.
  • Five (5) years job-related experience.
  • Three (3) years teaching experience (preferably in real estate education).
  • Author and/or present courses when deemed necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members and students.
  • Managing content development and instructor implementation of that content development.
  • Answer inquiries and questions regarding education requirements for licensure, designations, and the license act.
  • Coordination of meeting, class, seminar, organizational and committee schedules for the use of classroom facilities.
  • Administer the requirements for a Department of Veterans Affairs/Texas Veterans Commission approved training facility.
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including teamwork.
  • Creativity and Attentive.
  • Excel at organization and prioritizing multiple projects.
